Mr. Sullivan has held executive level financial and general management positions over the past 25 years. He served as the CFO and VP of Finance at Digital Island Inc. and was the CFO and VP of Operations at Tut Systems Inc. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed CPA in California and Oregon, and an AICPA member. He earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley.
