Michael E. Pfau, Esq., CORPORATE SECRETARY & COUNSEL
Mike earned his law degree from Boston College Law School, and a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center, and was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 1979 and in California in 1986. He is a founding partner of the firm of Reicker, Pfau, Pyle, McRoy & Herman LLP, in Santa Barbara, California. Prior to forming that firm, he was a partner in the law firm Schramm & Raddue.
Mike’s law practice is focused upon the representation of businesses and high net worth individuals in their corporate, securities, tax, real estate and other transactional, business and general legal matters. He has represented numerous high technology and manufacturing businesses, including materials, software and multimedia, telecommunications, materials sciences and associated high technology areas. Mike has extensive experience representing clients in private offerings of securities with venture firms, "angel" investors and strategic investors.
