Laurence R. Hood
Larry Hood has been CEO or President/COO of heavy manufacturing companies for the past 12 years. As an entrepreneur, he bought and operated Hudson ICS, an OEM producer in the writing instruments industry, and has extensive international marketing, sales and operating experience in Europe and Asia, including creation and operation of foreign joint ventures. As a principal, Mr. Hood has performed acquisitions, turnarounds and divestitures of companies and autonomous operations. Mr. Hood is currently a Managing Partner in Oak Harbor Partners, a middle market Mergers and Acquisitions firm. He received his MBA from Harvard University.
