These products, generally dispensed from a saturated pad in some kind of electrical warmer, are designed to relieve congestion and encourage restfulness during a cold or the flu. Various homeopathic products and formulations use various other essential oils such as lavender, ginger or peppermint to enable the user to use aromatherapy to ease stress and relax.
